Lowering the cost of healthcare.

At Body Mind Spirit DPC, we offer comprehensive primary care services and strive for price transparency. There are NO HIDDEN FEES.

Listed below are our monthly membership rates that cover all member services/procedures. Please visit our Membership page for a list of included services/procedures.

There is a one time enrollment fee of $100 per household to cover administrative costs.

Individual Membership

Ages 0-17: $29/month

​

 Ages 18-25: $49/month

​

 Ages 26-64: $89/month

​

Ages 65 and older: $109/month

Family Membership

​

2 Adults and 2 children: $199/month

​

Each additional child, age 0-17: $25/month

Assisted Living Membership

 

​$129/month

​

Includes quarterly home visits in

Lexington and surrounding communities.

Premium Services

Members enjoy a discount on the following premium services:

​

  • ADHD Evaluation- $99

  • Home Sleep Study- $149, three night study

  • Home Visit- $99 per visit

  • Medical Ear Piercing- $49, earrings included

  • Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment (OMT)- $49 per session
