Before opening Body Mind Spirit Direct Primary Care, I cared for a panel of patients where most were over the age of 65, and many had trouble getting into the office due to mobility challenges, chronic conditions, or lack of reliable transportation. So I brought the care to them.

What started as a convenience became something much more: a deeper, more personal connection with each patient. I had the time to visit, to listen, and to really see them—not just as patients, but as people.

Home Visits Make a Real Difference

During home visits, I get a clearer picture of my patients' health. I see where they sleep, how they move through their homes, and what daily challenges they face. I notice fall hazards, medication setups, or signs of isolation that might otherwise go unseen.

And these visits aren’t just for quick check-ins. I provide a full range of care from the comfort of home, including:

✅ Joint injections

✅ Osteopathic manipulative treatment (OMT)

✅ Skin lesion treatment or removal and toenail care and maintenance

With the Assisted Living/Home Visit Membership at Body Mind Spirit DPC, patients receive:

• Quarterly home visits, included in the membership

• Unlimited office visits, if and when they’re able to come in

• Direct access to me via phone, text, email, or patient portal; No middlemen, no phone trees

• 50% off any additional home visits beyond the quarterly ones

And because I operate on a direct care model, there is:

• No insurance required or billed

• No copays or hidden fees

Patients can still use their Medicare or other insurance for outside services like specialists, diagnostics, imaging, medications, or hospital care.

Membership for the home visit program is just $129/month. That includes all of the services above, along with the peace of mind that comes from knowing your doctor will come to you.

Coverage generally includes Lexington and Winchester, but I’m happy to talk with you about your location and specific needs.
